Ball mill
Ball mill is an efficient tool for grinding many materials into fine powder. The Ball mill is used to grind many different types of mine as well as other materials, in order to choose the mine, traditionally used in building material, chemical industry, etc. There are two means of grinding: the dry process and the wet process. It may be split up into tabular type and flowing type according to different forms of discharging material.
This ball mill is horizontal type and tubular running device, has two warehouses. This machine is grid type and it is outside runs along gear. The material enters spirally and evenly the first warehouse of the milling machine over the input material hollow axis by input material device. On this warehouse , there is a ladder scaleboard or ripple scaleboard, and various specification steel balls are installed on the scaleboard, when the barrel body rotates then produces centrifugal force ,at this time , the steel ball is carried tosome height and falls to produce the fabric grinding and striking. After grinded coarsely inside the first warehouse, the material then enters to the second warehousefor regrinding with all the steel ball and scaleboard. Ultimately, the powder is discharged by output material board andthe end items are completed.
