We has been producing cast urethane flotation parts for all of the major flotation manufacturers for over 20 years. These products have been produced using proprietary compounds designed specifically for flotation applications. We are also capable of designing custom parts for any new or existing flotation cell.
It is a closely ideal air auto-absorption mechanical mixing floatation machine. It has the characteristic of relatively steady air absorption, satisfied suspension of solid particles, low installed depth of impeller, low power consumption, long service life of stator, liquid surface balance, high dressing efficiency and so on.
